Tracer Failed Rendering?

So depressing!!! I have ruined yet another of my artworks with my bad rendering, not mention ruining tracer's beautiful face :(. Gonna practice more in order to redeem Tracer in the future. Got any critiques on how to better the piece, because honestly there is really something wrong with the eye it's just that i can't quite figure it out.
